What we do with what you share.
Short version: we use it to source your program and reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect
- What you type into the form
- Your name and email are required. Company, phone, preferred contact method, program type and name, dates, destination ideas, attendee and guestroom numbers, room nights, meeting space and food and beverage needs, rate or budget target, prior hotel history and any notes are all optional.
- Files you choose to upload
- If you attach an RFP or meeting specs, that document is sent to us with your enquiry. We do not scan or process it for any purpose other than sourcing your program.
- Which of our links brought you here
- If you arrived on a link from a specific member of our team, we record which one so your enquiry reaches the right person. This is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and is cleared after 30 days.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or any other sensitive information anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To source hotels and venues for the program you describe, to ask you the follow-up questions that sourcing requires, and to reply to you by your preferred method. If you become a client, we use the same information to run the RFP with hotels and venues on your behalf — that is the point of sending it to us.
Who else sees it
- Our email provider, Microsoft 365, which carries and stores the message the same way it carries any email you send us.
- Our website host, which delivers these pages and processes the form submission in transit.
- Hotels and venues, but only the details needed to solicit proposals for your program, and only once you have engaged us.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the referral marker described above, which tells us which member of our team to route your enquiry to. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data for this site in your browser.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you have sent us an enquiry and would rather we did not keep it, say so and we will remove it. Email dfillhouer@oridon-global.com or call 408.718.9412.
